Tom Bentley

I'm an approachable, confident and motivational Personal Trainer who is 100% dedicated to helping people reach their goals. Whether it be burning that stubborn body fat, packing on some serious muscle or even achieving life changing results, I'm here to help and will focus on you every step of the way.

From a young age, fitness has been a major part of my life. Taking part in sports such as football, basketball, 100m sprinting and long jump kept me keen and active until I was old enough to join a gym. I've been a member of many gyms and can say that I'm proud to be a part of the PureGym team.

I believe fitness and a healthy lifestyle is what you make it. If you put in the effort, stay focused and believe in yourself then I guarantee you'll get results.
