Tom Harrison

I’ve always been involved in sport, having started as a footballer at a very young age, and studying sport at college, but started going to the gym at the age of 19 as I was self conscious about my physical appearance and my strength.

As a result, in the last 2 ½ years I have increased my body weight by almost 60% (despite having a very high metabolism) and my physical appearance and strength has vastly improved. More than that, however, I have found my confidence has grown; my life has more structure; I am more organised and focused and generally life is better!

In that time I have qualified as a Personal Trainer, so I know from my own experiences what can be achieved with hard work, routine, discipline and by focusing on realistic goals which can be broken down into achievable stages. Any physical activity has to be fun and enjoyable! I am easy going and able to advise you on both exercise and healthy nutrition in order to achieve your goals. We can look forward to constantly working towards increasing your physical and emotional wellbeing.
