Tom Lewis

I’ve always had a passion for helping people reach their potential to enjoy life which is why I became a Personal Trainer. I specialise in muscle development, strength development, weight loss and body tone. I have enjoyed a career in sports both amateur and professional, my sport career background comes from rugby (pro and academy) and tennis (semi-pro) to a combined total of over eight years as a pro athlete. As an athlete I’ve had years of training with the country’s top coaches and gained knowledge that I can give to my clients to help maximise their training with me and their personalised programmes. I constantly strive to become more knowledgeable and experienced in my field of expertise to evolve and enhance my coaching skills for my clients.

I specialise in taking my clients all the way, making sure they are maximising their results and changing both physically and mentally. This is so they can progress for the rest of their lives and become the best version of themselves by gaining knowledge from my personal coaching. If you are unsure how to get started in the gym, frustrated with training and getting nowhere, not seeing any results and progress, I will give you 100% in each training session to get you where you want to go. With my personal coaching I give my clients detailed constructive feedback combined with positive motivation to ensure they are fully prepped and focused between sets and exercises throughout the programme and time they are with me. I will also regularly track your progress to ensure you’re on target.
