My fitness journey began with MMA training when I was teenager. I felt self-conscious, hated the way I looked, and struggled to keep up with other kids in PE. I decided I needed a change. I turned up to my first class, and for the first time in my life I found somewhere I belonged. I want to help you find that feeling in your training.
If you’re anything like my previous clients, you probably turn up to the gym without a clear plan of what you’re doing. You might have a vague goal in mind, but no idea how to get there. That’s like setting out towards an unknown destination without a map, compass, or directions on how to get there. You’re going to get lost.
