Fitness has played a valuable role throughout my life.
I fell in love with boxing at an early age, and I found out a lot about myself thanks to the sport.
I've always found myself gravitating towards people who struggle in the gym, enjoying being able to help others find their love for fitness, just as I found mine.
I thoroughly enjoy helping people find confidence within themselves, pushing past their current limitations.
