Tracy Dean

Philosophy- You are whoever you tell yourself you are, you will be whoever your tell yourself you will be, you will achieve what ever your tell yourself you can achieve. You are the best version of yourself right now and you are moving forward to become the greatest version of yourself for the rest of your life.

Unique about me - I have been in the sports and fitness industry from childhood. I have personally developed myself my own fitness through competed at various levels in a variety of sports Including Martial Arts and Athletics. 

Primarily,  I am an Ultra Distance Runner specialising in Mountain, Trail and 24 hour Endurance racing. I am a member of the Great Britain (GB) Ultra Running team and I represent Great Britain in my Sport. I competed for my Country in 2013 in the Ultra Distance Trail Running championships after becoming the 2013 UK’s Trail Running Champion. In 2015 I again represented GB in the Trail Running Championships I was selected to represent Great Britain during the 2018 World Champion 24-hour Race in Romania where I finished 7th in the World. I  have qualified to represent Great Britain in 2019 in the World Champion 24-hour Race.

I train hard and smart. My knowledge, philosophy and fundamental beliefs will help you become the best version of yourself. Together we will transform you, your body and your lifestyle through regular motivation, increased confidence and self belief, greater knowledge on how fitness and nutrition work together and just as important, building that solid fitness programme that will cement your new habits. I will help you to train with the correct technique and a clear programme of progression in order that you move closer to your goals. I will coach you to incorporate discipline and equip you with the skills to hold yourself to account and taking control of your decisions to transform yourself on a day to day, week to week and month to month basis. The result will last a lifetime whilst you are becoming the new you.
