I have enjoyed many hobbies and played various sports, but one constant that I have concentrated on has been resistance training in a gym setting.
Due to my passion for fitness, I get great pleasure in researching, testing and using critical thinking to sift through the immense amount of information available to find out what truly works for each individual person.
I am passionate about creating individualised eating plans and programming for athletic performance, weight loss/muscle gain, rehabilitation and prehabilitation. We all lead busy lives and being effective and efficient in our training is imperative.
