I have been an athlete for as long as i can remember but for the past 5 years i have dedicated my life to all things fitness. In that time i have trained with some remarkable athletes and gathered a wealth of knowledge that has helped me to remain innovative however, i never neglect the basics!
I believe that part of having a good attitude towards training is understanding no matter how much you already may know, there’s always more you can learn and that’s where i come in!
If there’s one thing i have learnt its you cant expect change whilst doing the same things and at times its our bad habits that’s can get in the way and hinder progress.
