After graduating with an Honours degree in Sports Bio medicine from Dundee University, I immediately extended my studies by completing my Diploma in Personal Training, thus allowing me to channel my deep passion for training and nutrition and my innate ability to teach and coach individuals into something tangible and hugely rewarding.

From the moment I started as a fitness professional, my passion has always been to create a Personal Training business where results and high quality service are the crucial priorities. We will look at developing solid dietary foundations, change lifestyle habits, improve mindset and much more to achieve your results.

Any goal must have a foreseeable future, one in which sacrifices will ultimately need to be made. My mission is to get you the body you want with as little impact to ‘normal life’ as possible. Communication comes tightly into focus within the relationship client and trainer share, to achieve the set goal. I am not the trainer who mindlessly ‘kicks your ass’ a few times a week. I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach, nor am I prepared to offer generic programmes. Instead, I focus on proven evidence-based methods which I use to deliver the highest quality results, tailor-made to your specific requirements and goals. My focus is fueled by the continuous research and study that I undertake in the twin fields of training and nutrition which keep me at the forefront of the industry.

There is no better feeling than witnessing your body becoming stronger, leaner and more physically capable. Whatever your goals, and no matter what challenges you face, I am here to help you every step of the way.
