I have been working as a Personal Trainer for eight years and have done so with PureGym Newtownabbey since it first opened its doors. In this time, I have worked with and have helped many different clients achieve their fitness related goals.
My specialist areas would include weight loss and general fitness amongst women along with specialising in both pre and post natal training. Having recently had my own child I fully understand the benefits of exercise and the positive impact it can have on mothers both pre and postnatal. My number 1 goal for working with these clients is regaining their confidence as this is something I find a lot of us women struggle with throughout and after childbirth.
I have experienced my own journeys over the years from weight loss to body confidence and now I am currently still training myself through my own postnatal experience and I am loving every minute of it. I want to be able to pass on that same love and passion to my clients whilst achieving their fitness goals.
I have also completed tough mudder and I think it's important every day to challenge ourselves and to set goals to help build ourselves as individuals.
