Will Chinn

Hi, I’m Will.

I once heard someone say, “to find your purpose you must follow your happiness”. After deciding to do just that I find myself here at PureGym.

Aged 12 was when I first picked up a set of dumbbells and found myself instantly fascinated with body movement, the intricacy of the human design and how a positive action can have a direct positive influence on us. Soon after I journeyed a path involving sports where I performed in gymnastics, athletics and rugby union.

Playing rugby union through to academy level meant I was introduced into strength and conditioning from a young age. Training for a purpose has stayed with me and has carried into my programming.

More recently I adopted a plant-based lifestyle and decided to wholeheartedly commit to a life of health and fitness. After reaping the benefits, I am grateful to help you and others begin their journey or progress even further.

I will help you achieve your goals by implementing these three simple steps:

  1. Be- who you need to be to reach your goals mentally
  2. Do- what you must do reach your goals physically
  3. Have- the rewards and desired outcomes
