I started my career in the fitness industry in early 2015 but have enjoyed an extensive career in many sports, both amateur and professional. The decision to move away from participation into coaching came about through the ambition and achievement of results in the lives of the "everyday" individual, amateur and professional athletes. My background spreads from traditional sports such as football (semi-pro), basketball (club and county) to a combined total of 20 years' in combat sports such as Mixed Martial Arts, Thai boxing, boxing and Krav Maga before moving into bodybuilding and powerlifting coaching.
I currently work alongside some of the country's top bodybuilders in coaching and directly alongside one of the world's leading powerlifters in training and coaching.
