Are you needing help with getting motivated to make the necessary changes to your life? Do you need someone to guide you to the fitness levels you desire or want to make your hobby a career, I am the coach you’ve been looking for!

I have a history of working with soldiers, sports enthusiasts and the general public alike with a great experience in providing people with the tools they need to succeed and will ensure the fullest attention is given to guide you through the obstacles to reach your fullest potential. 

I have travelled three of the world's continents (Australia, Europe and Asia) playing cricket for Scotland and training with some of the best Sports Performance and Strength and Conditioning Coaches around. Fitness not only became a part of my training, but a way of life. I also spent several years in the Royal Regiment of Scotland Army Reserves where I became a PTI (Physical Training Instructor). During that time I trained and prepared the Units of men for operational tours, which I’m sure you will agree is no easy feat!

My belief is that anyone can “train” a person, or help them get a sweat on, however “coaching” someone to achieve maximal results and optimal potential is somewhat different. I will look at every aspect of your life and help you make necessary personal, physical and behavioural changes through improvement of Nutrition, Energy expenditure, Physical Programming, Movement properties and psychological techniques.

Whatever your goals, losing weight, increasing strength, speed and mobility, aesthetics i.e. The Beach body, improving mindset to perform at the highest level of Sport, Military Prep or for the betterment of your daily living, I have a wealth of knowledge that I would like to share with you to make your journey that little bit easier.
