Hi, my name is Will and I am a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.
A few years back I had reached the largest I had ever been and found it hard to get the motivation to lose the weight. I decided to approach fitness with a sense of fun and found it really helped me to lose the weight and continually getting stinger and fitter. I also took the same approach to nutrition, finding something that I enjoyed but also gave me results.
This has led me to my approach to fitness and Personal Training; exercise and achieving goals doesn’t have to be a chore but rather fun and something to enjoy. Creating a fitness programme to suit you, that you enjoy and will show results is my aim.
