I’ve been exercising regularly for over five years in the gym and my main passion is powerlifting. This is the main type of training that I do and weighing at 70kg, I’m living proof you can be lean but immensely strong.
Being a diverse athlete who competes regularly at Powerlifting, I understand the importance of mixing training to maximise results. This includes Callisthenics and High Intensity Interval Training.
I like training my clients using various training methods and tailor my sessions to be bespoke, unique and to maximise efficiency in workouts to achieve goals.
Despite being a strength specialist, I specialise in helping my clients lose body fat, building muscle and overall toning. I have first-hand experience in this and can guarantee a return on your investment.
