Physical health and fitness is an aspect of life that we should all take seriously because they will affect such things as our life expectancy, mental health and self-confidence.
My aim is to help everyone start on their fitness journey and break through any self-made limitations by giving you the knowledge to make exercise a continual part of your life that you enjoy doing rather than a task you must do.
I experienced firsthand through my time in the British Army how a motivated individual following a well-crafted fitness programme will develop into a healthier, confident, well-rounded Person. Now as a personal trainer, I want to share my knowledge and expertise to help you.
