I am a qualified Personal Trainer who is also busy studying towards being a mat-based Pilates Instructor. I have always had a passion for fitness and I’m very excited to share that with you! I believe in body strength through mobility training, stretching and flexibility. As you get older, if you don’t use it you lose it! But this isn’t something that only affects older people. So many times you see fit healthy people who may or may not have spent a lot of time in the gym, but can’t even touch their own toes! If you feel like you have hit a wall in your training, can’t hit that PR in weightlifting, or hitting your specific time on a 5km. You might just need mobility training for your shoulders or help to loosen your hamstrings.
