Yvonne Heiden

Up until my early twenties, I was a real couch potato, living off convenience foods and piling on the pounds in my sedentary yet exhausting finance job.

I lost three stone with the help of my PT, and found my passion for fitness along the way, Now I do the same for my clients.

I'm vegan and through my own first-hand experience can offer specialist advice to you if you are a plant based, vegetarian or simply trying to reduce your meat intake while still adequately fuelling your workouts.
