My typical clients are individuals aged 20-35, looking to lose fat and gain an athletic, toned physique that they can be proud of...even better, maybe bring out some abs. My planning emphasises absolute individuality to you as my client - anybody can give out a ‘good’ fitness or nutrition plan but it's important to understand that, in reality, the only good plan is one made to suit your lifestyle, experience and goals.

I work closely with all of my clients inside and outside of the gym to ensure they are in the best position possible to reach their end goal. As a result many go on to become good long-term friends and join my list of transformations that I am proud to have helped.
