Zak Bundy

Hi I’m Zak, I love the gym both training people and myself. When I first started going I struggled with ‘gym anxiety’ and hated it, but after having a trainer show me the ropes I felt instantly better and I then over the years helped friends with that same issue.

I made the switch in career in 2021 and helping friend with their fitness journey along the way.

Now I love the relationships I build with clients and progress they make giving them the push they need to progress and improve.

If you're are a Beginner, I do believe a PT is the way to go both for confidence and safety not to mention the Progressions and Goals you can achieve.
