Hyrox was created to test and challenge overall fitness, including strength, speed, power, and endurance, while still being suitable for all fitness levels.<\/p>\n<p>During a Hyrox event, participants alternate between running 1km and doing a functional workout, for eight rounds. Both offer global competitions that encourage people to test their strength and fitness, and the friendly but competitive atmosphere is something that draws people both to Hyrox and CrossFit.
