How do I cancel my membership?

Freeze your membership for up to 3 months *
You won't have to pay a joining fee when you start working out again, plus you will keep your monthly rate even if it's gone up for new joiners.
Moving? Switch to another PureGym
There's over 170 to choose from nationwide so your next workout is nearer than you think.
Save money, switch to a different price plan
You can choose off-peak hours at many of our gyms, or add multiple gym access to combine two separate gym memberships at a fraction of the price.
Finding it hard to get motivated?
Need some motivation or struggling to get going? Check out our motivation boosting videos or enlist a PT at your local gym to give you a plan of action. Just find your home gym via our gym search and get in touch with one of the PTs today.
However, if cancelling is the best option for you at this time here's what you need to do:
Monthly membership - paying by Direct Debit
We’ve made it as easy to cancel as we do to join! Just cancel your direct debit at your bank. If you have any questions we're here to help on 03444 770 005.
Fixed term memberships
If a fixed term membership is cancelled within 14 days, the full pro-rata amount is refunded. After 14 days 50% of the pro-rata is refunded. Simply contact Member Services on 03444 770 005 to process the refund.
Corporate memberships (fixed term memberships)
As your membership would have been arranged through a third party, you can only cancel via the original source.
Gift vouchers / Day passes
Please note that gift vouchers and 1 to 30-day passes are non-refundable.
*T&Cs: Extra members can freeze for free. For Standard members it’s £5.99 a month. You can freeze your membership from your next payment date for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. If you leave then decide to re-join you might have to pay a joining fee plus the monthly rate, which may have gone up.
