Can I change my bank details?
We believe in flexible memberships. You can change your bank account details to suit you, just keep these simple rules in mind.
Your collection date and account details cannot be changed until we have collected your first payment. If your first payment has been debited and you would like to change your bank account details, please contact Member Services on 0344 477 0005.
Open 7 days a week - 8am - 10pm
We require 5 days' notice when changing your bank account details. So if your payment is due in the next 5 working days, you won't be able to edit your details until after this time.
