Can I change my direct debit date?
We believe in flexible memberships. You can change your collection date to suit you, just keep these simple rules in mind.
Your collection date and account details cannot be changed until we have collected your first payment or if your monthly payment has been sent for. You can change your monthly direct debit date via the Members Area of the website or by contacting Member Services on 03444 770 005.
Open 7 days a week - 8am - 10pm
Please note changing your payment date may pro-rata your next payment so you may see a slightly different amount on your following payment.
