How we will reopen your gym
Great news! Our Northern Ireland gyms are now open and English gyms have started to reopen too. Please check your gym's homepage to check your gym has reopened and see its new opening hours.
As and when opening dates are confirmed we will notify all members directly on the date for their gyms.
- These English gyms will reopen on 3rd August: Brierley Hill, Glossop, Grimsby, Hereford, Luton & Dunstable
- All Welsh gyms will reopen on 10th August, along with London Aldgate
- The following English gyms do not yet have reopening dates confirmed but we are preparing to have these open as soon as we can: Blackburn the Mall, Bradford Idle, Leicester Walnut Street, Leicester St George's Way, London Holloway Road, London Camberwell New Road.
- Scottish gyms are currently set to reopen on 14th September. You can read our statement on the Scottish Government's decision to delay gym reopening here.
It's really important that we keep our members and our staff safe and so to help us do this we have temporarily reduced our opening hours. This means we will always have a member of staff on hand.
As soon as we can safely increase our hours we will do so and will update each gym page with the new opening hours.
We know that being able to use our gyms 24/7 is really important for many of our members and we hope to be able to do so again soon.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes but we are not offering a reduction in membership rates as a result of reduced opening hours.
Once we begin re-opening gyms, you can attend any gym your membership usually allows you access to if it is open. You can check the gym's you have access to in your Member's Area.
We will monitor our gyms and when it is safe to do so we may increase the hours of opening. Your gym page on our website will always have the latest times.
We want to keep you safe, so we want to ensure the gym never gets too busy. That is why we will be restricting the number of members in the gym. Before you visit, you can check the app to see the maximum capacity and how many people are currently there and expected busy periods. This will allow you to visit at a quieter time to enjoy your workout.
It is very unlikely that you will need to book a gym slot. However, we have developed our app so that if your gym does get very busy we can ensure everyone's safety by switching on a booking system. We will only do this if we really need to and if we do, we expect this to be only for a few hours per week.
We will let you know in advance if booking is required at your gym.
We're accepting new joiners now!
just head to your gym's page, and follow the joining process.
Your membership will not start until your chosen gym reopens.
