Every member has a unique Member ID that’s used to identify your account. You can find it by checking your profile in the app or logging into the Member Portal (it's listed in the upper right corner under your name). If you’re unable to locate it, just stop by the front desk and a front desk associate will be happy to help!
The Member Portal is your account management hub where you can update membership and billing information, bring a friend information, payment options, or cancel your membership. Members are prompted to register for the portal when they first join online.
Download the app from the the Apple or Google Play store Log in with these credentials: 1. Enter the email address associated with your membership. 2. Enter your password. This will be the password you use to log into the Member Portal on the Web. 3. If you have not yet verified your email, you will be sent a verification code. You must enter the correct verification code to enter the App.

No, members should not be using any filming equipment other than phones, especially not during peak hours (5PM - 8PM).
Gym-Fluencers have a special contract with PureGym to provide marketing content/videos. This does not mean that they are allowed to film in spaces where others are present without their consent, or knowledge, or in the locker rooms.
Per PureGym’s privacy policy: no photography or videos may take place in the locker rooms under any circumstances. If anyone is found to be abusing this policy they will be given a warning and a note will be made in their account. Should it happen again, the individual will have their membership cancelled.
Yes. That said, no one should be recorded without their permission. No one is allowed to film or take photos in the locker room.
Kindly approach the member and tell them you do not want to be filmed, or talk to a front desk associate for them to handle.
PureGym aims to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all members. We require members and guests to wear workout attire in the gym to prevent any health or safety hazards or damage to gym equipment. See our full gym rules here.
Service animals that are individually trained to work or perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome in all areas of the gym open to members and guests. PureGym may ask you to remove your service animal if the animal is out of control and you don’t take effective action to manage it, if the animal is not housebroken, if it poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, or if its behavior fundamentally alters the nature of PureGym’s business. PureGym also reserves the right to charge for any actual damage caused by a service animal.

Yes. You can buy single sessions and you can even buy non recurring packs for personal training sessions. All through the PureGym PT app.
As per your agreement, personal training purchases are non-refundable.
You are able to train all of the remaining sessions that you have already paid for before they expire.
Yes, absolutely! You can do this on the PureGym PT app or ask your personal trainer to help you with this.
Training sessions that aren't used can roll over but do expire.
You can add on additional sessions through the PureGym PT app or you can ask your personal trainer to help you do this
Scheduled personal training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Personal training purchases are non-refundable.
Your personal training membership will be billed on your anniversary date of the month based on the day that you enrolled into your personal training agreement.
You can cancel your monthly membership online by following these simple steps: 1. Head here and login 2. Select "My profile" (top right) and the "Profile" option 3. Under tab "My subscriptions" press "Manage" on the subscription you want to terminate 4. Follow the steps to cancellation If you are in a commitment (1-year obligation period) you may be required to pay a buy-out fee to cancel early.
Additional cancellation terms may be applicable based on state law. Please see your Blink Personal Training Membership Agreement for all Terms and Conditions regarding personal training cancellation. IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION RIGHTS: CONSUMER’S RIGHT TO CANCELLATION. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR BLINK CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR FURTHER OBLIGATION WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE AGREEMENT START DATE DEPENDING ON STATE LAW. When you cancel under your Consumer Right to Cancellation, all monies paid by you will be refunded. STANDARD CANCELLATION TERMS: A request for cancellation must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your next designated billing date to avoid additional billing. Blink will use your payment source on file to process your final payment if one is owed based on your billing date. If you have an outstanding balance at the time of cancellation, that balance will not be billed with your cancellation payments but will follow Blink’s standard rebilling and collections process. HOW TO CANCEL: To exercise any of these cancellation rights you must send your request to cancel to Blink by one of the acceptable cancellation methods. Blink accepts requests for cancellation online via our member portal. If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking “Register.” Blink also accepts cancellation requests by personal delivery of a written notice at any club at which you are a member; or sending a written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to Blink Fitness Member Services, 45 West 45th Street, 10th floor, New York, NY 10036. If you fail to provide sufficient information for Blink to find your membership your cancellation request will not be processed and your personal training agreement will remain active. If you have any Personal Training Sessions remaining you can use those sessions as long as you remain a member at Blink. Sessions are non-refundable and expire 6 months after the date of purchase. They can be scheduled at your convenience by contacting your home gym directly. All inquiries related to memberships purchased through a company other than PureGym must be directed through the partner company the membership was purchased from.
Following the sale of Blink Fitness to PureGym, your statement will now reflect charges from our US brand PureFitness. Your membership dues will be under PureFitness Springfield and/or PureFitness Tysons US.
Yes, paying in full is an option! Under "Select Membership" select the "Paid in Full" option to get access to these great products when joining.
If you want to pay up front, we recommend one of Paid in Full membership options. For monthly memberships, your payment will be automatically collected each month and there is no need to pay before your billing date.
No. We don’t have the option to transfer your membership to another person.
You can update your credit card details anytime but it can take several days to take effect. If you want to change the details for your dues make sure to give plenty of time (minimum of 4 banding days) before so we can get it set up for you.
If you recently missed a payment, head to https://puregym-us.exerp.site/login or login to your app to make the payment. Important: If you’ve received communication from our debt collection partner, Aldous, regarding an outstanding balance, any payments must be made directly through them.

You can change your membership in the Members' Area or through our app. If you have one of our commitment memberships, you have a 1-year obligation period from the date you joined. A fee may be applied if changing during this period.
You will receive a copy of your agreement by email after joining and you can always refer to this. If you joined after August 20, you could find a copy by following these simple steps: 1. Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) is an annual charge taken on the second month of your membership which allows us to maintain our gyms to the great standards that we know you love!
Your monthly membership payment will be billed on the 1st of each month.
It's really quick and easy to join PureGym! As an online gym company, all memberships are created via our website. You can click here to join straight away, or head to web page of the gym you would like to join and follow the process through there.
You need to be at least 16 to sign up. If you are 16 or 17, you will need to ask your parent or guardian to sign a consent form that you can find here. Please bring the signed form on your first visit.
We don't offer free trials, but you can take a look around any time between 8am and 8pm. Just ring the call button in the entrance and a member of our team will be more than happy to give you a tour. You can buy a one day pass here to try out the gym before you become a member.
Unfortunately, retroactive pruchase is not possible. However, PureGym offers attractive standard rates that can be agreed at any time. You are welcome to secure a promotional rate during the next promotion.
No, you can gain access to our gym using our App. Every member has a unique QR code which you will be able to find when logged into the app. Simply scan the QR code on a reader next to the entry pods to enter or exit gyms. We also have key fobs available for purchase through our vending machines in the gym to help members get into their gyms even faster. Just hold your fob against the reader pad and wait till you hear a beep. Key fobs have to be registered with your app, please contact Member Services to do it for you.
No, our lockers are only to be used while you're actually in the gym. Our team empties all lockers at night and moves the contents into lost property. If we had to break your padlock to access the locker, we won't be able to replace it.
Our gyms in Virgina, Maryland run classes. Plus members are able to book onto Instructor lead and digital classes. To book a class, use our free App, or log into your Members area. If the class you want is fully booked, you can save a place on the waiting list and we’ll send an app notification to let you know if you’ve got a spot!
