Plate-loaded machines

Serious strength, more control

Plate-loaded machines deliver the free-weight feel with added control. Load up plates at your own pace and build serious strength. Hit your upper body with chest and shoulder presses or lat pull-downs, and challenge your lower body with leg presses, hip abductors, and more.

Free Weights

Build strength your way

Every strength area is stocked with free weights from 5–90 lbs. Whether you’re just starting out or lifting heavy, you’ll find what you need!

Mix it up in the functional area

PureGym offers a functional area for HIIT and bodyweight circuit training that includes battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, Bosu(r) balls, stability balls, foam rollers, resistance bands, Plyo boxes, and TRX.

At select PureGym locations, members have access to 80+ group exercise instructor-led each week. Our wide range of classes can help you tone muscle and burn fat at your own pace. Plus, there’s the added motivation of working out in a group environment with like-minded people.

Our Classes

Hyrox

Hyrox is a global fitness competition that mixes eight 1K runs with eight functional workout stations. Pure Fitness is pumped to team up with Hyrox and bring three brand-new classes to our gyms!

These Hyrox classes are designed for all fitness levels and are perfect for anyone looking to build strength, speed, and endurance. You don’t need to be training for a Hyrox event to jump in—these classes are a fun, challenging way to stay in shape and get familiar with the exercises used in the competition, all in a safe and supportive setting.

Cycle

Get ready to burn calories and boost your fitness level with PureGym Cycle classes. It is a moderate to high intensity classes, which is sometimes referred to as ‘spin’. Motivating music will provide the soundtrack as you cycle your way through multiple terrains designed to improve cardio endurance, lose weight and strengthen your legs and core. And because you control the resistance and speed, your fitness is in your hands, when it comes to group exercise classes, this one is as easy as riding a bike.

Kettlebells

The kettlebell may look unassuming but in the PureGym Kettlebell class, it provides both a dynamic and intense workout that strengthens and tones your whole body. Feel your endurance, flexibility, and strength get better with every swing, squat, and lunge and come to grips with the fact that this tool is a powerful and fun way to improve your overall body composition.

Yoga

Our yoga classes are full of disciplined physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation designed to help you improve the mind body connection. Just a 30 minutes will help you increase flexibility and balance, reduce stress and improve your overall health.

Strength 45

Our Strength 45 classes are all about building full-body strength through circuit-style workouts inspired by exercises similar to Hyrox and CrossFit. Each session mixes up different movements and weights to target your entire body, with a focus on form and control. And to wrap things up, we finish with an energizing finisher that’ll leave you riding high on those post-workout endorphins! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out with strength training, our instructors will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

Legs Bums and Tums

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way through a PureGym Legs, Bums and Tums class, specifically designed to tone and define these key muscle groups. Focusing on your lower body, this low-impact, high-intensity workout will build your glutes, shape your legs, and sculpt your core. With controlled, high-repetition movements set to uplifting music, you’ll build strength and endurance simultaneously.

Pumps

If you’re looking to tone up, build muscle or burn fat, this PureGym Pump class is a full body resistance class using weights will give you an all over, total body workout. As you lift, curl and lunge your way through the range of upbeat exercises, the time will fly by.
