How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your monthly membership online by following these simple steps:

1. Head to your profile here and log in
2. Select “My profile” (top right) and the “Profile” option
3. Under the tab “My subscriptions” press “Manage” on the subscription you want to terminate
4. Follow the steps for cancellation

You must give at least 7 business days to cancel a monthly rolling membership. If you are in a commitment (1-year obligation period) you may be required to pay a buy-out fee to cancel early.
