How do I freeze my monthly membership?

Members of Columbia, Springfield (VA) and Tysons Corner can freeze their monthly membership for up to 3 months within a 12-month period. The 12-month period begins from the first month that you freeze, and the freeze will start on your next payment day.

Freezes cost $6.99 per month for Off-peak and Core members and are free for Plus members. The $6.99 will replace your usual monthly amount if you are an Off-peak or Core member. If your Annual Maintenance Fee is due while your membership is frozen, it will still be taken.

To freeze, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the PureGym US app
2. Head to your Profile (top right corner)
3. Select ‘Subscriptions’
4. Select ‘Manage’
5. Select ‘Freeze subscription’ and follow the steps on-screen.
