Can’t cancel PureGym membership?
Core and Plus members can cancel their membership following the online cancellation process. If you are within 5 days of your direct debit being due, you’ll need to wait until the direct debit is processed before being able to cancel online, or you can cancel your direct debit with your bank. If your payment has already been taken or requested, your membership will remain active for the month and will cancel on the next payment due date - no further payments will be taken.

If you have a corporate membership, you can cancel by informing the third-party who set it up for you (usually your employer).
