Can’t cancel PureGym membership?

Core and Plus members can cancel their membership following the online cancellation process. If you are within 5 days of your direct debit being due, you’ll need to wait until the direct debit is processed before being able to cancel.

If you have a fixed term membership, you will need to get in touch with our Member Services team who can cancel it for you. Find out more about how to cancel your fixed term membership here

If you have a corporate membership, you can cancel by informing the third-party who set it up for you (usually your employer).
