Core and Plus members can cancel their membership by following the online cancellation process. If you're less than 4 working days away from your next payment day, you’ll need to wait until the payment has processed before you can cancel online.
If your payment has already been collected or requested through your bank, your membership will remain active for another month and will end on the next payment due date, with no further payments being collected.
If you have a fixed-term membership, you will need to get in touch with our Member Services team who can cancel it for you and provide a refund. The amount will be determined by how long your membership has been active.
If you have a corporate membership, you can cancel by informing the third-party who set it up for you (usually your employer).
