Hi, I’m Ian, founder of IWR Personal Training. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, but like many, I lost my way through adult life. When I realised it was time for a change - for myself and for those around me - I committed to making fitness a core part of my life again. Now, I am here to help you do the same. I specialise in fat loss, muscle building and working with men over 40 who are ready to invest in themselves. My approach is realistic supportive, and built around long term success. No quick fixes – just structured, sustainable progress.
