I always struggled with my weight growing up until I was about 19 years old when I decided to make a change. I got into the gym, got into decent shape and decided I wanted to help others going through similar situations. I started personal training at the worst time imagineable right before the second lockdown then the cost of living crisis hit and I ventured into other avenues. Worked plenty of different jobs from car sales to builder merchants. After trying these other avenues I realised they did not make me happy. Nothing was more satisfying than someone achieving their goals thanks to your help.
In 2015 - I had a really bad car accident where I barely escaped with my life. I had to start the gym from scratch. Once I was discharged from hospital, I realised PT was what I was meant to do. If I can get into the gym not once but twice - I can definitely give you the help you need.
I believe lack of knowledge is what is holding most people back. When I started I wasted 6 months trying to figure out what to do, how to do it, what to eat and doing too much. The gym is a very intimidating place to go and I understand that. There is no worse feeling than looking around the gym feeling lost and out of your depth. I can help you with that.
