Hi, I'm Cameron (Cam or Cammy). I became a Personal Trainer because I'm passionate about helping people improve their fitness and become the best version of themselves. I understand that everyone's journey is different, which is why I focus on providing support, education and accountability to help clients achieve lasting results.
My coaching philosophy is simple: educate, motivate and support. I want my clients to understand how to train effectively so they can build confidence and maintain their results long term.
As someone who has played basketball for over five years, I've developed a strong interest in Strength & Conditioning and how training can improve both performance and overall health. I'm also currently working towards my degree in Sports Science to further develop my knowledge and coaching skills.
