An amateaur K1 kickboxing Athlete, functional and hybrid athlete and dedicated squash player with a passion for helping people achieve their goals in the most effective way possible.My training style combines strength, conditioning, calisthenics and hybrid performance for real life results. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, imrpove endurance, master bodyweight skills or simple feel fitter and more capable, I'll create a plan that works for you.
I also specialise in spors specific training, helping athletes improve performance through tailored programming focused on speed,agility, mobility and overall conditioning.Whether you are training for a competition, and event or just to feel stronger and more athletic in your sport, I can help you develop the physical qualities needed to perform at your best.
