About me

Hi, my name is Thywill, but everyone calls me Thy (TRO.FiT).

My passion for health and wellbeing stems from a lifelong sporting background, having played football from the age of five. I originally started training in the gym to enhance my athletic performance on the pitch. However, after not receiving a football scholarship, the gym became more than just training - it became a place of focus, peace, and personal growth.

Now, I’m in a position where I know I can help others unlock their potential - whether that’s building their dream physique, improving athletic or functional performance, or simply becoming fitter, stronger, and more confident. I believe everyone should explore what their body is capable of, because you never truly know your potential until you try.

My aim is to help individuals improve both physically and mentally through training. I support those who may feel unsure where to start or feel lost in the gym, providing structure, guidance, and accountability every step of the way. I tailor my coaching around each client’s lifestyle to ensure they receive the highest standard of personal training.

I specialise in muscle development, fat loss, and athletic/functional training - but above all, self-improvement.
