I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with over a decade of gym experience. My own training journey has included running half marathons, powerlifting training blocks, and competing in bodybuilding, alongside navigating health challenges and recovery phases. This has shaped a balanced approach to fitness that values both pushing limits and training sustainably.
Having worked with multiple coaches myself, I understand how powerful the right support and accountability can be - mentally and physically.
