I started my career caring for others as a dental nurse. Along the way, I learned resilience, precision, and how powerful it is to show up even on the hard days. Those same qualities shaped my journey into fitness.

Living with Type 1 diabetes taught me discipline, but it never defined my limits. Training became my way of proving that obstacles don’t have to hold you back — they can shape you into something stronger.

Now I help others build that strength for themselves, inside and out.
