About me

I've been involved in fitness and training for over 40 years and as a businesswoman for many of them, Along with being a wife and mother, exercise has been a fundamental part of overcoming the demands, stresses and rigours of everyday demands. Exercise and strength training along with wholesome nutrition has added to a healthy lifestyle which has enabled me to be the person I am today and to fulfil my life’s achievements.

Whatever your goal is, should it be losing weight, feeling stronger, self-belief, and confidence despite your level of fitness, as a personal trainer I can help you to commence on your journey and guide you to re-define yourself, to move with intention and build a lifestyle focused on well being.

Maturity helps you recognise the fundamentals of responsibility, self-awareness, empathy and emotional regulation, It shows what is possible when you take care of yourself and your wellbeing. It is less about specific age and more about internal growth and the ability to learn from life’s experiences
