Hi, I’m Andy, a personal trainer who knows exactly what it’s like to juggle a career, family, and the constant demands of everyday life, because I’ve been there. For 20 years, I worked full-time, building a career while raising a daughter with my wife, ensuring we spend time together as a family. Through it all, I’ve managed to stay active and consistent in the gym, not just for fitness, but for life.
I've recently decided to move on from the 9-5 and I'm now a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer.
For me, strength isn’t just about lifting weights, it’s about what it allows me to do. I can still carry my 12-year-old daughter upstairs to bed when she’s tired, and that’s because I’ve made training a priority over the years. That’s why I became a personal trainer: to help others build the kind of strength and resilience that enhances their everyday lives, no matter how busy things get.
