My role as a PT is to empower you to develop skills that make you self motivated enough to make effective changes in your life.
I will do this through agreed fitness goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, using different methods such as hybrid, strength, endurance training etc. I promise great fun, support you in meeting your fitness goals and provide great results.
I like my training to be varied, challenging, creative and I will make sure your programmes are the same and unique to you. The only I ask from you is to be committed, engaged, accountable and believe it’s achieveable.
I know from experience that consistency and commitment pays off. I’ve gone from no running history to completing 2 marathons.
As a nurse in the NHS I have always had a passion to help people improve their health. I have helped with lifestyle changes to improve medical conditions such as Diabetes and High cholesterol.
