Hi, I’m Anna — your coach and friend here on the gym floor. The gym has been a part of my life for over 11 years, and my passion for training only grows stronger with time. I became a coach for one simple reason — to help people grow. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone progress, get stronger, and gain confidence. Your results are what motivate me every single day. My coaching style focuses strongly on: • Exercise technique — mastering the foundations so you move safely and efficiently • Olympic lifting & strength training — building power, precision, and performance • Fat loss & classic hypertrophy training — structured, effective plans to help you change your body composition.
