I’m Adam. I’m a strength and conditioning coach with a personal sporting history encompassing Rugby Union, Triathlon, Hill running and Sprinting. With a career which spanned both Military and Fire Service, I enjoyed the challenging fitness qualities that those roles required. My personal interest now includes directing individuals toward their health and fitness goals. My expertise centres around using advanced strength modalities, and various methods to produce powerful performance. However my clients have included Marathon and Ultra distance racers, Masters Henley Regatta rowers, Tactical athletes ( Military/Fire Service ) International Netball athletes, National athletes from Basketball, Touch Rugby and of course many of the members here at PureGym, who have personal goals including injury prehab and healthspan. My philosophy has always been to build a foundation of relative strength, and from there layer in the prerequisite qualities the client requires to reach their goals. You will no doubt have seen me training in the gym, so don’t hesitate to approach me for a chat when I’m between sets.
