3 things to expect if you start your PT journey with me:

Consultation: face-to-face or I can send forms to you. The Purpose: to understand your goals, current health and fitness levels & lifestyle, and to understand if we will be a good fit.

Book in Sessions: We will find a day and time that works for you each week and get you booked in for your first session! The Purpose: start to create a routine around fitness, a start to building healthy habits.

Start Sessions: I will design a personalised workout plan(s) for our sessions, based on your goals & info from your consultation. The Purpose: create a structured plan with which will be progressed over the coming weeks, months & years. Updated strategically based on your progress, changing goals & more. With over 8 years of personal experience training in the gym, I bring knowledge & a genuine understanding to the gym floor & to your sessions.
