I’ve been a PT for over 7 years, previously working in a corporate gym in London where I helped a wide variety busy professionals (mostly women!) get stronger, feel better, and build lasting habits around training and nutrition. My style is friendly, supportive, and realistic – I get that work, family, and life in general can get in the way. I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build real strength and confidence in the gym, at your pace.
I’m also a qualified chef with a degree in nutrition, so if you struggle with food, I’ve got you covered. Whether you’re after simple meal ideas, tailored advice, or just want to enjoy eating well without stressing about it – I’ll help you find what works.
From helping a client go from 6kg single arm dumbbell rows to 14kg, to supporting someone with a rotator cuff injury back to full strength – I love seeing people surprise themselves with what they can do.
