Hi, I’m Barry, a Strength and Performance Coach here at PureGym. My passion for fitness started at a young age through sport, and that led me into a career helping others become stronger, fitter, and more confident in the gym. I specialise in strength training and structured fitness programs that are simple, effective, and built around real life. Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to take your training to the next level, I’ll help you build strength, improve your fitness, and stay consistent.
