I'm a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and lifelong endurance athlete with over 30 marathons, 140+ long-distance races, and 25,000+ training miles behind me. Running isn’t just a sport - it’s my lifestyle. With four sub-3-hour marathons and three World Marathon Majors under my belt, I understand what it takes to train smart, stay motivated, and keep progressing.
As a coach, I specialise in helping busy adults improve their fitness through a smart combination of strength training and/or endurance running. Whether you're training for your first 5K, targeting weight loss, chasing a marathon PB, or aiming to stay healthy, I deliver efficient, personalised coaching - online, in person, or in groups - designed around your goals and lifestyle.
