My name is Talal, and I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals.
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in muscle building, strength training, and sustainable fat loss. My coaching style is supportive, structured, and results-driven — helping you build confidence, move better, and achieve long-term results.
With a strong background in boxing, I offer pad work, technical training, self-defence, and boxing-specific fitness sessions that build skill, endurance, and mental toughness.
I also deliver football-specific performance training, focusing on strength, mobility, agility, and explosive power to improve performance and transfer directly onto the pitch.
