Hi, I’m Lewis!
I've recently moved on from my previous profession of teaching in schools to follow my passion for fitness and wellbeing, where i hope to help as many people as possible to improve their lifestyles for the better!
As someone who has been severely underweight before, I’ve been through that cycle of training hard, seeing no results and starting over- which is why my coaching focuses on structure, progression, and consistency. I work with people who want fat loss, muscle gain, developing healthier habits and most of all confidence whilst maintaining a clear plan they can stick to. My coaching principles have been influenced by my successful teaching career, and I have developed a system focused on structure and measurable progression . Every session, lift, and habit is tracked so we can see what’s working, adjust when needed, and make consistent progress over time.
My training approach focuses on quality over quantity: focused sessions, manageable volume, and the right intensity for your experience level — not doing more for the sake of it.
