The gym and fitness have had an extremely positive impact on my life. For most of my life I suffered with low body confidence, which at one point resulted in an eating disorder. I over came this and went on to have two beautiful children, which also had an impact on my body. Throughout the years I've dipped in an out of the gym and always tried to maintain a healthy body. However, since I have dedicated more time and structure to my regime I have noticed a significant difference in my body, my mental strength and my overall confidence. As a personal trainer my main aim is to help people make that positive change to their lives. If you need help with weight loss, building muscle and strength or just gaining some more structure and discipline to your gym regime then I'm here to help you achieve those goals.
