Hi, I'm Katie, a female Personal Trainer at PureGym Blackburn!
I help women in all aspects of their fitness journey, from fat loss and muscle gain, to building an overall happier and healthier lifestyle through exercise and nutrition!
I take on a female centered approach, using my knowledge around hormone health, the menstrual cycle, menopause and all things women's health - to make your training as personal a spossible!
